The Frey - Fil Corporate Citizenship Program is geared towards creating positive impact on the environment, employees, communities, and other stakeholderds. Initiatives in the area of agriculture promote social and environmental change, including capacity building and values formation in the pursuit of creating agriculture - based sustainable livelihood. As such, the program in not limited to corporate philantrophy. The program also incorporates the development of innovative farming solutions through coherent research and development initiatives.


The "Adopt-a-School Program" involves a holistic and sustainable approach in providing philantrophic assistance. The Program was initiated in 2002 through the matching grant between Rotary District 2770 and Rotary Club Nishinomiya Koshien, Japan. In 2004 when the matching program ended, PP Eric A. Cruz committed to continue the program. What used to be malnourished children are now very able college students extending help to the new generation.
